Refunds And Returns Information
All returns must be notified to the company within 7 days of receipt either by email (info@odditiesgiftware.co.uk)
or by telephoning our
Customer Services Line - (01535 608002).
Lines are open as follows-
Monday-Friday 5pm until 9pm
Saturday And Sunday- 10am until 9pm
Calls are charged at local rate but calls from mobiles will be considerably more
All returns must adhere to the following criteria-
1 The product is returned to the company within the 7 day period
2 The product is returned in all original packaging
3 The product is inclusive of all components
4 The product has not been modified in any way
5 The product is in the original condition in which it was received
Upon receiving the returned article and on the provision that any such article meets the above mentioned conditions, the company will then issue one of the following:
1 A full refund - to the value of the product
2 A credit note - to the value of the product
3 A gift voucher - to the nearest value of the product
This shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
Please note - The company will not refund the postage and packaging costs it incurred in dispatching the product during the original transaction. And the company will not accept liability for postage and packaging costs incurred by the customer in returning the product unless in exceptional circumstances and expressively stated.
The company dispatches all products recorded and traceable,we would advise customers to do the same when returning items.
The company will not accept liability for lost or undelivered products and cannot offer any means of refund in such cases but will duly provide a Royal Mail tracking number to assist in locating the item(s).
In the event of damages and faults the company operate a seperate damages and faults policy which can be made available upon request.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
All subsequent issues shall be govened by English Law
